This effervescent wine made from Glera grapes harvested in northeastern Italy’s regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia provides the ultimate in refreshment. This wine is made from grapes harvested from cordon-trained vines planted in alluvial soils. After a soft press, the must is cooled and then fermented in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs using the Charmat method.
