The 2018 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is one of the richer wines in the range. Lemon confit, butter, mint, lightly honeyed notes and a kiss of French oak give the Hudson an extra kick of textural richness that works so well here. A wine of breadth and texture, the Hudson is so expressive today. Even so, the 2018 is a bit quiet now. I expect it will be even better in a year or two.
