Made with grapes from Lujan de Cuyo and aged for six months in used French barrels, this Malbec is decidedly ripe in nature, showing hints of pink pepper and prunes. Dry with sweet, muscular tannins and a terse texture, this is a simple, satisfying red with a lengthy aftertaste. In the typical style of the region, well done and easy on the wallet.
