Made by Sarah Goedhart and a blend of all Cabernet, the 2014 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Domaine Magdalena Vineyard. Its inky color is followed by an interesting, slightly exotic bouquet of leafy herbs, cassis and licorice. This gives way to a forward, balanced, nicely textured Cabernet Sauvignon that has ripe tannin and a good finish. It should drink well over the coming 8-9 years.
